Client Description: Purchased by a physician and a nurse, this West Loop condominium is an “occasional” home for the couple.

Challenges: Lighting was a big issue in this bathroom. Recessed lighting could not be installed, so the solution was to add unique and interesting sconces to liven up the space.

Favorite Feature: The hardware on the cabinetry, the dark wallpaper and the shower head made the bathroom stand out. Additionally, the space planning allowed for two people to use the room simultaneously.
