Client Description: In a sought-after area of Lakeview, this townhome was designed to accommodate a young family with two small children.

Challenges: With a very rectangular space, it was important to maximize functionality of family space, storage, work space and customized features. It was also important to add customized storage for baking – which the wife did regularly.

Favorite Features: The mix of unique elements, materials and custom items created a blend of Chicago meets English Countryside. The kitchen table was a custom design made out of coconut palm trees. Additionally, there was a replica Italian chandelier and a tailor-made hood that made the design pop.
