The 24th & Thomas project was designed on a Seattle urban vacant site. Medici Architects was able to design a cluster of four free standing, fee simple town home like homes for it. This speculative home had the best view back at the City of Bellevue skyline. The main living was designed for the second level with a master suite and the two bedrooms were worked in on the ground level with the entry and garage and mudroom/laundry.
