This bathroom was a bedroom when this project started. All new plumbing and electrical had to be run from the basement to the second level where this bathroom was to be created. Many framing updates were needed in this 100+ year old home. The floor was 2 inches out of level and we corrected that, all ceiling joist’s needed to be replaced to properly stabilize roof rafters and that was done. New insulation was installed. Drywall installation and finishing, Priming and painting, stained oak trim work. An exquisite tile shower with ceramic tile from the floor to the ceiling and a shower bench. A beautiful vanity with a quartz countertop and a storage cabinet. We even re-framed the stairway leading to the bathroom to correct the improper stair rise height.
