This was the first job of many for this client. We demolished the existing kitchen, moved all of the mechanicals to adjust to the new appliance locations. Installed two new rough openings and windows, removed a load bearing wall and replaced it with a beam. Installed and finished the hardwood floors to match the existing. Updated framing, drywall installation and finishing, priming and painting. Installed the marble subway tile backsplash and all of the trim work
