This job started because of a flood from faulty plumbing. The entire bathroom needed to be demolished on top of the family room ceiling. We updated all of the electrical and plumbing. We installed new drywall in the bathroom as well as the family room ceiling. Rotten sub-floor was replaced as needed. Ceramic tile was installed on the floor and shower walls along with a glass tile accent row. A new window was installed, so we updated the siding and exterior trim. Custom interior window casing was installed along with new base molding and ¼ round shoe molding. A dual vanity setup was also installed so each child had their own cabinet. Painting the bathroom and living room ceiling and walls was also part of this job.
