Designed in 1915 by the Boston architectural firm of Bigelow and Wadsworth for the Thomas B. Gannett Family, this residence bears many of the architectural features of an English Country house. Design Associates restored the house to its former elegance. A single story Kitchen, Mudroom, Breakfast Room and Family Room addition, several awkward and ungainly alterations from the 1980's were replaced with a well scaled and period-appropriate addition, complete with conservatory-quality skylights bringing abundant north light to the interior spaces. The formal landscape was beautifully shaped by LANDD International LLC. Karpowich Building Contractors implemented the meticulous construction.
