Taking what was a typical quaint Maplewood side hall colonial and opening the dining area to the kitchen make all the difference. Adding a small addition to the rear we were able to gain circulation for a kitchen island while incorporating the must have mudroom and first floor powder room. This chic new open dining room and kitchen with island addresses the modern entertaining style of the owners.
