It took a few years, but our clients finally found a house in their existing neighborhood that they could renovate to meet their needs. The original farm house was torn down in the 80's to build the existing home featured on top that our clients purchased. The technical drawing below is the proposed new old house that will better meet their needs. Making use of the existing foundation and the masonry chimneys, the Team at Clawson Architects worked from there.
