Entry included an open beamed coffer with fixed glass transom over the new 6' wide Prarie style glass entry doors. Raised front porch with Classic Craftsman style columns & stone accenting. Exterior was clad with Hardy board cement lap siding to complement the Craftsman style.
New Bonus room included Teen recreation area for gaming & movies, outdoor balcony overlooking 1 acre homesite & adjacent horse farms, full bathroom plus a Murphy bed that created a perfect Flex room.
