Marlow, Main Floor

Our client desired to transform the front porch of this semi-detached house into a mudroom/waiting area for clientele. The front living room needed to function as an office that could be closed off from the rest of the house. There was initially no powder room on the main floor, so it was important to introduce lavatory facilities so that clientele wouldn’t need to venture into the owner’s private living area. Here are the results and our design solutions for this space!
