We built this master suite addition for a very active and loveliest of couples. Their existing laundry was in the basement and the bedrooms all on the second floor. The garage held a flight size wooden airplane project preventing cars from being parked in the garage. This addition with a full walk out basement (complete with a garage door), spacious bedroom, bath and laundry room will fulfill all their needs as they age-in-place.
