This is the existing early 1980s contemporary home. The circular stair to the rooftop observation deck proved too impractical. The house presents a very unwelcoming facade, and fails to capitalize on the waterviews.

Facing the bay, the greenhouse provides the only access to waterviews from the primary living space, and does a poor job of keeping the rain out.
