This contemporary home in Old Field, Long Island, was deigned in the 1960s, and was altered in the 1980s, when an awkward but interesting "periscope" space was added above the existing Master Bedroom.

The new owners were looking to expanding the home significantly, and to resolve the awkward architecture, in the spirit of Greene and Greene Architects.

The project design is complete, and construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2014.
