Inspired by the imaginative ideas of their highly regarded creative team, and reassured by their confidence in Synergy Builders, our clients decided early on in the building process to move ahead with a vastly expanded, highly sophisticated project. While we did not have the benefit of pre-established architectural, landscaping or interior details and plans, the owners chose to move forward on a design/build basis, placing great emphasis on both a rigorous time schedule and superior craftsmanship.

The Synergy team assumed the added responsibility as Project Coordinators and immediately organized bi-weekly site meetings and agendas with our clients and their creative team to prioritize the development of design details. In collaboration with our craftsmen and tradesmen, construction documents were generated and definitive schedules for fulfilling our respective responsibilities were established. The entire project, including an unanticipated, massive drainage system, was completed in approximately 17 months.
