Michael and his wife were great clients at the beginning. Toward the end of the project, he began being very passive aggressive toward me because in his mind, the project was taking too long. We were at his house sometimes 7 days a week, working. He left me a 1* review for this project. I figured I'd let the general public decide how I did on this project.
