we had a tall task with this project. we completely gutted the main floor of this mountain home(about 1900 sq ft). everything from reworking the layout of the kitchen, gutting the master bathroom to totally reframing the living room floor. we added over 30 LVLs to this home to give it the open concept the homeowners wanted, as well. there were several head scratching moments and this project didn't go without its own set of issues, but we navigated through everything and the overall project turned out beautiful.
