A “kitchen gut/remodel” quickly turned into the larger master planned project including exterior projects.

Upon demolition of the interior walls and finishes to create the open area needed for the new layout, it was determined that the brick exterior walls were in danger of collapse, there were structural framing issues with floors and walls, and knob and tube wiring had to be eliminated. Load bearing temp walls were constructed, double course brick walls were removed, brick salvaged and cleaned, new walls were framed, brick veneer walls were laid; all in the middle of December, while the family lived in the house.
