These are conceptual renderings for a basement remodel in an amazing mid-century modern home. Using the open layout, I wanted to create a media space with built-in cabinets that seamlessly wrap around to a kitchenette. Since this basement is also used as a yoga space, I wanted to give it a zen feel by using neutral color palette, natural materials, and great visual balance. I also pull inspiration from mid-century design using new large format tile on the fireplace, clean lines, and fun textures.
