This project started with adding a new garage and studio. The homeowners wanted a modern courtyard feel with the new layout of the buildings. Mid-century modern appeal was designed using the stone work design and layout of the spaces. Plenty of native plants creates a bee and hummingbird haven surrounding the hangout spaces.
