FLIP MID RANGE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION
Out of State client purchased a tear down old home and hired our team to design, build and sell. The budget required innovative ideas and solutions to ensure we could finish within a tight budget and flip the property.
We handled the design, engineering, structural, interior, and exterior design plans for the property. One of our major challenges was cutting into the hillside to accommodate the new structure. The original house was 2,400 sq ft, and we expanded it to 6,100 sq ft and took it from one to three levels. Each floor was designed so it could be rented totally self contained with small kitchens and private entrances.
