SWS Remodeling has delivered again.
We were called in to build an addition to this clients garage. Years ago they took space from the garage and converted it into living space. This left them with a garage that was too small to accommodate any of their vehicles. We dug and poured footings and foundation walls. Added onto the garage and tied it into the home with cedar shake siding and pvc trim. A custom cupola with a wi-fi controlled light was installed. Things went so well that the client added redoing the driveway with belgium block masonry work to our scope.
Future plans to add a master bedroom suite to the right side of the home are in the works.
