SWS collaborated with this client to come up with a concept that would transform their new purchase into their ideal Los Angeles / NYC retreat. We opened the floor plan, fully remodeled 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. We added some large windows to overlook the beautiful property and pond. New energy efficient mechanical's were installed to keep their home even more comfortable. The project exceeded the clients expectations and they now spend more time here then was originally in their plans.
