This attic space over the garage was converted into a playroom for grandkids. The rustic wood slats were comprised of knotty pine fence pickets. Interior Designer Paula Lowes with Joseph Minton Interior Design envisioned the space to have a weathered white rustic charm. We created just the right amount of distressing to bring out the texture of the wood without it becoming busy or overwhelming the space.
