Custom renovation of kitchen and family room. Stuctural construction included new steel girder to elimate existing column at island. Many custom features were added: spice pulls, trash rollouts, cookie sheet storage, down draft, induction cooktop, microwave drawer and LED accent lighting. Ugly electrical devices in tile back splash were relocated to under side of wall cabinetry. Cabinetry was extended to cieling and trimed out with house crown. Extensive fireplace make over and addition of a dry bar under the landing.
