Objective: Bring style and color up to date with high end finishes. Create a double shower using Schlutter Shower systems and improve ventilation.
Scope of work included complete removal of existing finishes and plumbing. A new shower was constructed with a linear drain and flood tested. A undermount Jacuzzi soaking tub was installed for a clean look. Existing linen closet was removed and replaced with tall linen cabinetry. Features include custom built cabinetry, Carrara marble tile, his and her recessed soap niche's, 3/8" frameless glass surround, one piece stone tub deck and additional LED lighting.
