Overlooking Santa Barbara we started design on an old traditional home. All custom new furnishings in a contemporary theme, to compliment the modern art collected by the owner. Blue, green, grey velvet sofas and upholstered chairs. Dining table of hand scraped and cerused oak wood, with hammered steel legs. A library "the treaty signing room" according to the client with a sense of humor has deep forest colored velvet upholstery, and a modern style round table. All the custom rugs were designed and made by Maraya Interior Design. This project remained unfinished, as the client decided to go back to Peru! Project Location: Santa Barbara, CA.
