Removed the interior rear staircase and relocated the laundry room to the second floor and reclaimed the space as an eat-in area with lots of rear facing windows.
Widened the opening between the kitchen and family room for an open concept space.
Replaced the sliding doors to the deck with french doors that lead to the large outdoor entertainment space.
