Our clients live in a lovely single family home built in 1925. The home is on an island in the San Francisco bay off Oakland. The home has the bedroom and baths upstairs but they wanted a new look in the bath off the kitchen on the first floor. They wanted to keep the footprint of the bathroom the same and upgrade the fixtures and finishes.

We removed the old fixtures and finishes, upgraded the electrical to meet current codes and upgraded the plumbing. The the new tile was LABC101M/416 - Matte White The wall paint is Steely Gray paint color SW 7664 by Sherwin-Williams. The vanity is Wyndham Collection WC 01572 CW
