HDR Remodeling tackled the full interior renovation of this 2,500 square foot, 1926 Berkeley home that included a kitchen remodel, a new bathroom addition, and a redesign of the side yard on the main level of the home. The upper level remodel consisted of a new master bathroom addition as well as transforming two separate smaller bathrooms into one large bathroom. Lastly, the one of the bedrooms received a facelift and extra square footage by merging an unused study into the existing bedroom floorplan.
