This model home was one of the first projects I worked on in Las Vegas. The home was already mostly designed and built by a first time developer who wasn't seasoned in high end homes. I was honored that he asked me to step in and suggest as many changes as he could afford so as to deliver a more upscaled contemporary product which was still very new to Vegas at the time.

I encouraged him to spend his decorating budget on the architecture so that the home would be more valuable in itself. We were able to make a grand entrance door, created a more open floor plan, enlarged the windows to stretch from floor to ceiling and selected higher end materials and fixtures throughout.

This however, left very little money for furniture and art but I felt in my heart it was a wiser investment for the developer to focus on the actual home and not the decor.
