Contemporary bathroom renovation in a 1950's beach bungalow. We converted the aging tub to a luxurious shower stall, complete with a rain-head fixture and 4 water jets. Oceanside Glass mosaic walls add to the 'razzle-dazzle' drama of the new bathroom. By removing the tired vanity and adding a floating countertop, we gained some extra floor space. The gorgeous ramp sink was created by Sonoma Cast Stone. The countertop extends along the full length of this wall, becoming a waist-high shelf inside the shower stall. We also transitioned the water heater to the attic, which allowed us to add a linen closet and much needed storage to this very small space.
