Custom remodel of a typical 1950's kitchen in a ranch style home. No square footage was added, but by vaulting the ceiling and removing walls we completely opened up the space. Adding skylights brought much needed light into the working triangle. The 11' long island has become the social hub of this home. The island includes a Kohler D-Bowl stainless sink, two dishwashers and recycle station to make entertaining a snap.
