LUA recently completed this sophisticated modern beach house designed by AB design studio inc. and interior design by Barry Winick. Located on one of the most desirable beaches in the world, we were dedicated to working closely with the design team and homeowner to efficiently execute the construction of this unique residence. The structure was primarily concrete with minimal wood framing at interior walls and upper roof systems. A curved concrete floor system divides the two floors providing structural support of glass and integrated materials. Large lift and slide doors open the house from wall to wall, providing seamless transition from interior living space to sand.
