Originally constructed in 1910, this historic residence was designed by Francis Underhill and renovated by Leonard Unander Associates, Inc. The work included the addition of a subterranean garage, structural retrofitting, addition of a master bathroom, construction of a new pool, completely new mechanical plumbing and electrical systems, and new interior finishes. Remodel architecture was provided by Kent Mixon Architect, and the interior design was provided by Covet Interiors.
