The beachfront deck features a bench surrounding the deck as well as a hand crafted cover for a hot tub.

Ipe was used throughout the entire construction and was chosen because of its great performance in salt water environments. The entire deck was also constructed with Ipe clips for a screw-free face

Cable railing was also used for the stairs to maintain the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean

The brown tones of ipe have provided a great contrast between the deck and the fireplace., and the density will provide a splinter free surface that can be walked on without worrying about it being too hot or splinters.
