This project was a renovation of a living room and complete gutting/ overhaul of the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom was to feel like a modern spa. Hence transforming a once outdated space to a modern bathroom oasis with new tile and new fixtures. This gave a completely crisp clean almost minimalistic look.

The living room and dining room were kept warm in palette and furniture selection to fulfill the clients taste in a warm modern contemporary renovation.
