This home comes with some great bones…an awesome open concept layout and two fireplaces on either side of a small wall that separates the kitchen from the family room. While the open concept feel of this home is a great benefit, there was not any cohesion between the surrounding areas and the existing paint, carpeted areas, and furniture made the home feel dark and dreary.
In the kitchen, the cabinets were in great condition but the cherry wood and the back splash were again not cohesive with the overall design style we were introducing into the other surrounding areas.
