Modern Guesthouse/ ADU Conversion

After scouring Craigslist for old windows, plumbing fixtures and other great finds, my client Katy Montgomery finally decided to put all those building materials to good use. With a shoestring budget, Katy and her husband were able to renovate this old 500sf garage to a gorgeous light-filled one-bedroom studio. All on a shoestring budget!

This side of the garage originally had large garage doors. It was removed and replaced with two pairs of french doors. One pair of doors leads to the bedroom, the other leads to the living room.
