This primary bathroom has a luxurious, modern design while blending both mid-century and eclectic styles. To initiate the project, we completely gutted the space to the studs and remediated significant water damage below the existing tub. We then created a “spa” that includes a freestanding bath within the wet bed of a walk-in shower, which features a six-way diverter for a shower head, body sprays and a handheld. The 48” vanities are prefabricated, and the tall linen closet between the two is from Room & Board. All tile is custom made by Bedrosians Tile & Stone and features basketweave and rhombus tile patterning. To create a truly spa-like experience, we closed in the client’s water closet, added heated flooring and installed a bidet style toilet.
