Located in the Morningside neighborhood of Atlanta, GA, this second story addition includes a primary suite, nursery, laundry room, bathroom and children’s playroom. A permanent staircase from the living room was installed, and the 1,100+ sf attic expansion included a new dormer off the back of the home. Custom millwork adorns the staircase and original windows and other charming features of this 1930s brick bungalow were restored during the renovation.
