For this project, we expanded the size and reconfigured the floor plan of our client's beautiful historic home by building an addition at the rear. This allowed us to create a spacious master suite with a private luxurious bath including a walk-in shower and a wall of custom cabinets for storage, a bright and airy gourmet kitchen with a bold blue oversized island and a built-in bar with a wine cooler, a mudroom featuring shiplap and built-in storage, a mid-century modern powder room, and dedicated laundry room.
