Mount Tabor Escape

This project allowed for me to do construction, custom built-ins and re-work a kitchen and bathrooms. It is a really special project to be able to come into someones home for 3 months and completely transform the space for them to come back from vacation to!

Family Room
My client had used their dining table as a housing spot for all of her wine prior to our project. During discussion of how we should utilize this space, we determined that a custom bar would be the most beneficial! We added all new cabinetry and counter tops, with ample wine and glassware storage....
Custom Bar Area
Overlooking the bar area from the stairway. This is what you are greeted with every morning a you walk down your stairs. If you like wine, you will enjoy this view!
Wine Bar From Above
This room is now the most organized room in the house. With custom file cabinets on the lower part of the built-ins, and closed door storage, this allows for lots of things to be placed behind closed doors. The additional seating is perfect to use your ipad or read a book.
Husband's Office Space
This beautifully arranged seating group focuses on the fireplace and the television (not in your current view). The easily cleanable and maintainable furniture is bright and clean looking. Family Room Into Kitchen
The flanking windows help enhance the mantle over the fireplace. The red brick plays along with our color scheme for the space, as well.

The sofa is bright in a cream colored upholstery. The pops of color really stand off of this, and pull from the rug below.
Family Room
The comfortable arrangement of furniture allows for you to kick back and relax and enjoy the space. The sofas are comfortably placed with a large cocktail ottoman in the center that can be either an ottoman or to put your drink down.
Seating Arrangement
Instead of an entire kitchen overhaul, we spray lacquered the cabinets to make them look entirely new! We added a new island with a contrasting quartz top and color to enhance the space and add some usable surface.
Kitchen Remodel
The grid-like pattern as the headboard wall draws you into the space. The white lines break up the dark navy blue grasscloth, but creates depth. The pops of color were inspired by a picture on the other side of the room that pulls the entire room together.
Pops of Color Bedroom
The hall bathroom prior to renovation had one single sink bowl in the center of this really long space in the bathroom. Instead we created two usable sinks and one large mirror that brought the two spaces together. The tile border helps ground the vanity and creates a really special focal point...
Hall Bathroom
This bathroom gets a lot of light through one skylight, but when it is dark outside, it was really dingy. We added lots of light colors and creams to enhance the space so that it feels bright all of the time. The white sinks, toilet and tub really brighten up the space.
Hall Bath
This bedroom is soothing and relaxing as you escape into this four post bed. The white bedding makes for a really clean look and the patterned pillows and roman shades really stand out. This is definitely a guest bedroom that will be fought over.
Blues & White
The stationary drapery panels with border help ground the space by placing them up as high as they can go. This creates real height in a space. The faux roman shades are there for a punch of color and pattern. A cell shade rests behind for privacy purposes.

This bedroom is soothing and relaxing as you escape into this four post bed. The white bedding makes for a really clean look and the patterned pillows and roman shades really stand out. This is definitely a guest bedroom that will be fought over.
Custom Bed Treatment
This room was too small for a large scale bed, so instead we used a day bed with trundle to allow for additional sleeping space.
