This gorgeous Remodel was completed in the Spring of 2016. This Mountain "Chic" style home is about 1OK in its entire layout. The homeowners were originally only looking to open up the kitchen to bring modernized warmth and functionality to the already existing space. As the scope evolved so did the house. The kitchen remodel turned into an entire upgrade of all bathrooms & bedrooms. The colors were strategically chosen to bring a collective and engaging warmth to the space. The trim around the entire house (including the grand staircase) was altered to a richer brown to showcase the accent colors throughout each great room and bedroom. The real kicker for this project was to keep the agreed upon deadline that was originally just set for the kitchen. All subcontractor schedules had to be altered to keep the flow of the project and with little to no hiccups, the remodel was completed on its projected timeframe.
