Observatory Solutions started working with the owner on the observatory project in the summer of 2013. The observatory was part of a major remodel of the existing home.

Observatory Solutions was onsite in October of 2014 to install the dome and telescope system. Observatory Solutions was back onsite in the spring of 2015 for telescope alignment, installation of the camera system and setup and testing of the automation components.

The observatory consists of the following equipment: Pier-Tech 12.5' diameter dome with automation system; PlaneWave CDK20 (20", 0.51m) telescope; Tele Vue NP127is (5") refractor; PlaneWave A200 Mount; SBIG STX-16803 camera with position filter wheel and Astrodon filters.
