Observatory Solutions started working with the owner on the observatory project in the summer of 2014. The observatory would be placed over an existing garage and since a concrete pier foundation could not be used, Observatory Solutions enlisted the help of Hofstadter Analytical to design the steel framework support. Observatory Solutions was onsite in October 2015 to install the dome, setup the mount and telescope and do configuration and training.

The observatory consists of the following equipment: Pier-Tech 10.5' diameter dome with fill automation; Bisque Paramount ME-II mount; PlaneWave CDK20 (20", 0.51m) telescope; Tele Vue NP127is (5") refractor.
