For this home addition, the homeowners wanted to increase the functionality to their house by enlarging the existing kitchen, combining the family room and living room into one large space, and adding an addition bedroom and master bath suite.

The kitchen includes a new island with counter height seating, vaulted ceilings with hanging pendant lighting, and bench seating for the new dining room. Two new Marvin windows, an exterior patio door for the great room, new front door, and 4 skylights were installed to provide plenty of natural light into the kitchen and the great rooms.

The london grey quartz countertop at the kitchen complements the white cabinets and the full height white subway backsplash at the cooktop. The bamboo details with the floating shelves and back panel at island create a wonderful contrast against the white cabinetry.

The pure white quartz countertop at the bathroom complements the bamboo cabinets with lighted mirrors.
