This Silicon Valley Family were at a crossroads of expanding and updating their existing home or moving to a larger one. Being in a well sought out neighborhood with their current home, all roads led to remodeling. We pushed the front floor plate forward for an added bedroom and bath, and extended the kitchen and dining, as well as pulled the rear of the house out and enlarged the family room. We created an open floor plan, maintaining the general functional locations of the spaces, and added a wow factor at every turn. Included in the design are crisp, clean finishes that lighten and brighten the entire house. Now this couple with two teenagers are ready to spend their next chapter in a new, cozy "old" home.
