We redesigned this dirt crawlspace with all new storage behind the rooms, a full bathroom, drink area for the pool, and lockers for guests. Situated next to a blue stone patio and pool, yet away from the main living spaces, this added square footage maximizes every square inch of what was previously useless space. Cabinets and benches were contoured to the foundation walls to widen the usable square footage, and a new vapor barrier with paperless wall board ensures these rooms stay conditioned as if they were part of the original home.
