Home Addition + Remodel | Noe Valley, San Francisco

This project involved a rear addition and targeted remodel of a pre-earthquake Victorian home in San Francisco’s Noe Valley neighborhood.

At the ground floor, we added a new primary suite, home office, and laundry room, with a roof deck above the addition.

We also updated the kitchen and dining areas on the main level, including the addition of bi-fold doors that connect to the exterior and align with those at the new primary suite below, creating a stronger relationship between interior and outdoor spaces.

The homeowners introduced a range of eclectic and colorful design elements throughout the home, creating a layered and personalized interior.

The result is a home that balances original Victorian character with new space and improved functionality, while maintaining a cohesive connection between old and new.
